All dresses will be shipped out via FedEx ground with a signature required for delivery. Please provide a shipping address that will have someone close to you sign for the package if you plan to not be available for the delivery, or make arrangements to ship to an address that will accept your delivery on your behalf. Mia Riley reserves the right to charge any reship fee or cancelation fees incurred from Fed Ex for failure to deliver. For upgraded shipment/rush shipment please contact your stylist. Additional fees may apply.
We do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your Mia Riley gown and that it is the least of your worry as you plan your big day. All our dresses go through multiple layers of quality control and inspections, however some may get away from us. If you aren't satisfied with the order, we'd be glad to work with you to return or replace the gown. You must inform us within three (3) calendar days of receiving the gown for a full refund to your original form of payment. Dress/item must be shipped back to us within seven (7) calendar days or the return will only qualify for credit. For an exchange or store credit, Mia Riley Designs must be informed within 30 calendar days of delivery. Returned items can be sent to: Mia Riey Designs, C/O Returns, 1048 Irvine Ave #940, Newport Beach, CA 92660. Mia Riley is not responsible for cost of shipping and handling for returns.
Please keep in mind that the gown and all "seperates"
-Must have all tags attached and be returned in the original packaging.
-Must not be worn, washed, and free of any stains, pet hair, and/or environmental and floor debris.
-Must be recieved in its original condition.
-Must not have been altered, contain pin marks, or is free of any damage.
-Returns may take approximately 3-4 weeks to process.
